HOW CAN TEVA SUPPORT SOLUTIONS® HELP ME?

How can my practice use Teva Support Solutions®?


A:

Teva Support Solutions® nurses can help you in a variety of ways. Nurse Case Administrators can conduct benefits verification, provide prior authorization support, locate in-network facilities where your patients may receive treatment, identify financial assistance programs, and provide support with coding, billing, and claims. Clinical Nurse Educators (CNEs) can provide you with in-person education and training. To find out if a CNE is available in your area, call

Q:

Who will assist me with questions regarding my patient’s treatment or Teva Support Solutions®?


A:

Teva Support Solutions® is staffed by Nurse Case Administrators who can help you with questions about insurance benefits, prior authorizations, claims, billing, and coding. These nurses are available Monday through Friday,
9 AM to 7 PM ET, by calling 1-844-838-2211.

Q:

Does Teva Support Solutions® verify insurance coverage for patients prescribed CINQAIR®?


A:

Yes. Once a Nurse Case Administrator receives the Prescription and Service Request Form, they will begin a benefits verification to determine insurance coverage for the patient prescribed CINQAIR®. The Summary of Benefits will then be faxed to your practice.

Q:

Does Teva Support Solutions® offer prior authorization support?


A:

Yes. Nurse Case Administrators will perform a benefits verification and determine if a prior authorization is needed. If needed, a Prior Authorization form may be sent to your practice with the Summary of Benefits. You can also call Teva Support Solutions® Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM ET at 1-844-838-2211 with any questions regarding prior authorization.

Q:

How can Teva Support Solutions® help me acquire CINQAIR® via a specialty pharmacy?


A:

A Nurse Case Administrator at Teva Support Solutions® will confirm whether CINQAIR® can be ordered from one of our Authorized Specialty Distributors (Buy & Bill), or if CINQAIR® may be acquired via a specialty pharmacy. Simply fill out and fax the 1-page Prescription and Service Request Form to let the Nurse Case Administrator determine the specialty pharmacy requirements. Teva Support Solutions® can refer the prescription to a specific specialty pharmacy to fulfill and ship CINQAIR to a site of administration.

Q:

Can I send a CINQAIR® Rx directly to my preferred specialty pharmacy?


A:

Yes, if your preferred specialty pharmacy is approved by your patient's health plan. However, in order for Teva Support Solutions® to help you and your patients in a variety of ways, including patient participation in the CINQAIR® Cost Support Program (for eligible patients*), you will need to submit a completed Prescription and Service Request Form for each patient. In addition, a Nurse Case Administrator will be able to conduct a benefits investigation to determine if your preferred specialty pharmacy is an approved pharmacy for the patient's health plan.

Q:

When will Teva Support Solutions® refer a prescription to a specific pharmacy?


A:

Teva Support Solutions® will refer a prescription to a specific Specialty Pharmacy when requested by a treatment provider, if a health plan requires acquisition of CINQAIR® by one or more specialty Pharmacies under the Medical Benefit, or if CINQAIR® is covered under a health plan's Pharmacy Benefit. In some cases, a Specialty Pharmacy may contact your office to request additional information, including a request to re-send a CINQAIR® prescription directly to the specialty pharmacy.

If I use a specialty pharmacy, what services will be provided by Teva Support Solutions®?


A:

As long as you complete and submit a Prescription and Service Request Form for each patient, you and your patient will be able to access the other services of Teva Support Solutions® including benefits verification, prior authorization support, location of in-network facilities where your patient may receive treatment, identify financial assistance programs, and provide support with coding, billing, and claims. Clinical Nurse Educators (CNEs) can also provide you with in-person education and training. A:

Does Teva Support Solutions® provide support for insurance appeals?


A:

Yes. If your claim is denied, call Teva Support Solutions® at 1-844-838-2211 Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM ET.

A:
