After Teva Support Solutions® receives the 1-page Prescription and Service Request Form from your healthcare provider, a Nurse Case Administrator will contact you to discuss:

  • The summary of your insurance coverage
  • Financial assistance options that may be available to you
  • How to find a treatment center that is convenient for you and that is covered by your insurance
  • Clinical Nurse Educator services and support, if available in your area
