How does the CINQAIR® Cost Support Program work for eligible patients?

When you are enrolled in the CINQAIR® Cost Support Program, you will receive a Program Card. Following each treatment, you or your treatment provider will submit the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement from your insurance plan to the Program. The EOB determines your out-of-pocket costs for CINQAIR® and its administration and the amount issued to your Program Card. Once the funds are on your Program Card, bring the card to your treatment provider to pay your out-of-pocket costs for treatment with CINQAIR®.
